Yes. Every class is delivered live online, so you can join from anywhere with a stable internet connection. There are no in-person sessions.
Individual classes are private one-to-one sessions scheduled around you, with the pace and content shaped entirely by your goals. Group classes run with a small batch of learners on a fixed weekly timetable and a set start date, at a lower price per session.

Payment is taken securely online through PayFast at checkout. The amount shown is the full and final payment for the course you select — there are no instalments or hidden charges added later.
No. Once payment is complete, bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is confirmed at checkout before you pay. Rescheduling is available instead, subject to approval and availability.
Yes. Submit a rescheduling request from your account and Mishaal will review it. If approved, your booking moves to an available future slot or batch. Approval depends on notice given and what alternative timings are open.
