Rescheduling Policy
Draft for review. This policy has been drafted from the agreed commercial rules and has not yet been reviewed by a legal professional. It must be checked and approved before the site goes live.

Overview
Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded, but they can in many cases be moved. Rescheduling lets you keep the value of your booking when your circumstances change.
All rescheduling is at the discretion of Mishaal Abbasi and depends on what alternative timings or batches are actually available.
How to request a reschedule
- Sign in to your student account and open the booking you wish to move.
- Submit a rescheduling request, selecting your preferred alternative slot or batch.
- Give a brief reason — this helps requests be assessed fairly.
- You will be notified once the request has been reviewed.
Requests submitted through the account area are logged against your booking with a full history. Requests made informally by message may not be recorded and can be missed.
Notice period
Requests should be submitted at least 3 days before the session or batch start date you wish to move. Requests made with less notice may still be considered but are less likely to be approved, particularly for group batches where a seat has already been held.
Limits
A booking may normally be rescheduled 1 time. Further requests are considered only in exceptional circumstances.
Group batches
Moving to a different group batch depends on that batch having a seat available. If your preferred batch is full, you will be offered the next batch with capacity.
Group batch dates are set by Mishaal Abbasi and may occasionally be moved, paused or re-planned. Where this happens, affected students are notified and offered an alternative batch at no cost.
One-to-one sessions
Individual sessions are generally easier to move, since they are not tied to a cohort. A replacement slot must still be open in the schedule; the timings shown on each course page reflect genuine availability.
What rescheduling does not do
- It does not extend the total number of sessions included in your course.
- It does not entitle you to a refund, in whole or in part.
- It does not guarantee your first-choice replacement timing.
Missed classes
A session missed without an approved rescheduling request is treated as delivered and is not replaced. If you know in advance that you cannot attend, submit a request rather than simply not attending.
