1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any course you book through it. By booking a course you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

"We", "us" and "our" refer to Learn with Mishaal, operated by Mishaal Abbasi. "You" refers to the person booking or attending a course.

2. Services

We provide live online English language tuition and test-preparation coaching. All classes are delivered online; no in-person teaching is offered.

Course content, duration, session count and timings are described on each course page. We may make reasonable adjustments to course content where this improves the learning outcome.

3. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.
• Group bookings are subject to seat availability in the batch you select.
• We may decline or cancel a booking where a course is unsuitable for your level; in that case the payment is returned in full.
• You must provide accurate contact details so that booking confirmations reach you.

4. Payment

The price shown is the full and final price for the course. Payment is taken through PayFast. Full terms are set out in the Payment & Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Bookings cannot be cancelled and payments are not refundable. Rescheduling may be requested and is subject to approval — see the Rescheduling Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared.
• Provide your own device, internet connection and quiet study space.
• Treat the instructor and fellow learners with courtesy at all times.
• Complete assigned work, which is integral to progress.

We reserve the right to remove a learner from a course, without refund, for abusive or disruptive behaviour towards the instructor or other students.

7. Course materials

Materials shared during a course are provided for your personal study only. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold or shared publicly. Class sessions may not be recorded by students without prior written permission.

8. Results and expectations

We provide preparation and tuition in good faith and to a professional standard. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular examination result, band score or grade. Outcomes depend substantially on your own effort, attendance and starting level.

Any figures published on this site regarding past learner numbers or results are indicative of our own teaching records and are not a promise of future outcomes.

9. Examination bodies

IELTS, PTE and LanguageCert preparation courses are independent coaching services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of the British Council, IDP, Cambridge Assessment English, Pearson or LanguageCert. Test registration, fees and results are handled entirely by those organisations.

10. Liability

We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet or power failure at either end, or platform outages. Where a session is materially disrupted by a fault on our side, it will be rescheduled at no cost.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your booking are those that apply to it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
